Equity Loyalty Programs
The Equity Loyalty Programs
"As we look ahead into the next century, leaders will be those who empower others." Bill Gates
Equity Loyalty for Publicly Traded Companies
Equity Loyalty for Private Entities
Equity Loyalty for publicly traded companies, can integrate with a
current rewards program or act as the basis for a new one. Any
rewards system that can track consumer activity and be counted,
will integrate into the Equity Loyalty Program. The "points" are
accumulated and redeemed by the consumer for stock at a rate
set by the program sponsor. Equity Loyalty manages the
transaction, facilitates the issuance and provides the customer
an Equity Loyalty account.

Example: A drug store with $76 billion in annual sales offers the
Equity Loyalty Program to their customers. They offer a 2%
reward rate and receive 30% participation. Instead of discounts
and coupons that went unappreciated by their customers, this
drug store chain just offered a reinvestment opportunity of $456
million. Equity Loyalty bolstered their stock and created truly loyal
customers.
Equity Loyalty for private companies is beneficial to the program
sponsor in a different way. Privately held program sponsors offer
Equity Loyalty, but instead of offering their own stock as a reward,
the consumer buys into funds created specifically for the program.
The fund would consist of stock or other investments in strategic
partnered businesses. The partnered businesses would then
reciprocate the investments by offering discounts on goods and
services purchased by the Private Program Sponsor or by direct
reimbursement.

Example: A grocery store with $7 billion in annual sales offers the
Equity Loyalty Program to their customers. This grocery store
partnered with a public beverage company, a hygiene product
supply company, and a food distributor. This grocery store offered
1% reward rate on all products, and 2% reward rate on the products
offered by the partnered companies. This grocery store chain
increased sales of those strategic partner's products by 25%. They
were instrumental in the stock value increase of those partnered
companies. The grocery store was compensated with discounts
equal to those contributions. The Equity Loyalty Program created
loyal customers by providing the consumer a reward with real value.

Equity Loyalty is a versatile program that meets the requirements of any industry. To do this, Equity Loyalty offers two distinct programs; Equity
Loyalty for Publicly Traded Corporations and Equity Loyalty for Privately Held Companies. The Equity Loyalty concept is the same for both
programs, securities being the basis for both rewards. The difference is in the structure of the investment and the return to the program sponsor.
