Managing Director/Co-Founder - Laurence (Larry) Augustine is currently the Principal of Augustine Consulting, LLC. Augustine Consulting
provides sophisticated technology, information security and business continuity consulting services to businesses nationally. From 2006 to 2008
Mr. Augustine was the Director of Business Continuity for Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF.) As Director, Mr. Augustine was responsible for
the structure and strategy of FNF technology enterprise’s disaster recovery. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Augustine managed the Corporate IT
Department for FNF. This consisted of a multi-platform nationwide WAN including hundreds of enterprise class applications and thousands of
users nationwide. In this role Mr. Augustine reviewed vendor offerings and was a primary decision maker in choosing software and hardware
solutions and implementation standards. Mr. Augustine was also instrumental in Q/A for Beta products and implementation and support of new
technology offerings. Mr. Augustine holds a network engineering certification, as well as information security and business continuity
certifications.

Managing Director/Co-Founder - Anton Rosandic was the Chief Operating Officer of the Fidelity National Property and Casualty Insurance
Group (a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly held Fidelity National Financial NYSE:FNF) since its inception in August 2000. In that capacity he
also served as a director of Fidelity National Property and Casualty Insurance Company and Fidelity National Indemnity Insurance Company. Mr.
Rosandic acquired and/or formed three property and casualty companies and created product offerings into all 50 states and the District of
Columbia. The 2007 gross premium was approximately $625 million and has approximately 450 employees. He was also responsible for
Operations, Customer Service, Processing, Human Resources, Product Development, Underwriting, Claims, Regulatory, Compliance and General
Legal. Prior to joining Fidelity, he served as a reinsurance broker for the Continental European Division in London with Guy Carpenter &
Company, Ltd./ Marsh and McLennan Companies, Inc. from December 1999 to August 2000. Prior to that Mr. Rosandic spent 8 years as a
corporate and securities attorney with a number of firms including Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison. Mr. Rosandic received his BA from UCLA and
his JD from USC.
